My approach is integrative this means I have trained in a variety of counselling techniques- Person Centred, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic. This enables the session to be tailored around you and your individual needs.
I believe the most important thing is finding someone that is right for you and makes you feel at ease. Establishing the foundations of a trusting relationship is the beginning of any relationship.
