I started treatment with Catherine in January 2015 because I had tennis elbow in both my arms, my left arm being the most painful.   Catherine started me on a six week course. By the end of the six weeks my right arm was, and still is, completely clear of tennis elbow.  I still have issues with my left arm but most of the time it is not on the same level as when I first started to see Catherine.

I am still seeing Catherine 2-3 times a month, she gives me a mixture of crystal healing and reiki, depending on what my needs are at the time. Catherine also gives me good tips for every day life, what to do when I am anxious, under pressure or simply walking along a crowded street (which I sometimes find difficult and frustrating but Catherine’s tip has worked a treat).

Catherine is always very professional and easy to relax with, she tunes into my needs. I always go into a very quick deep relaxation when Catherine is working on me and feel incredibly relaxed when she brings me round. After each session Cartherine always asks me how I feel – the only word I can ever manage to squeeze out is “lovely” because I feel so sleepy and relaxed.

After trying different treatments and speaking to Catherine I deceided to have a go.   To be honest I had nothing to loose, you name it i have tried it.  I had six sessions in total to be honest none of it was what I expected.  I came away from all the sessions feeling relaxed and more intrigued as to why I felt what I felt.  I also learnt that some things about myself in these sessions, not something you often do or expect.  I would recommend Catherine.

To Catherine,  After my first treatment I felt very relaxed and my lower back felt more flexible than before the treatment. I wore heels the next day and did not suffer for it as I usually would .

My second treatment seems to have helped my neck, the tension has lifted and it feels so different. I would recommend anyone to try this treatment.

I went to Catherine with an injured foot which was in a lot of pain when I bent or flexed my foot.  Catherine placed a crystal on the foot, which after a while made my foot feel very heavy and I could not move my foot after about 20 minutes the feel subsided.  

My the pain in my foot had started to ease and I had a more movement in my foot.  After a couple of hours the pain in my foot was much improved and so to was the movement.  I would most defiantly use Catherine's healing again.

I was very sceptical about this form of treatment.  Catherine (my Wife) ask me what aliment I wanted help with, which was a cough I had had for a couple of weeks (every time I ate or drank I would cough) then she put on some relaxing music and laid several stones across my body. After half an hour she removed the stones and then gave me one to carry round with me for two weeks!!!

The next drink I had was a beer and no cough in fact I did not cough for the next 2 or 3 days, until I went out of the house without my stone and as soon as I started to eat I coughed.  I then carried the stone round with me for the next week.  I no longer have a cough and I have returned the stone back to Catherine.  

Thank you I shall doubt you no more.
