When I first started the meditation classes, I was completely new to it. At the first class Kate made me reel relaxed and as the classes have progressed I have become more confident with the meditations. Kate is easy to talk to and is very welcoming. The mediations are varied and interesting. I have really enjoyed the classes.

I have really enjoyed the mediation classes. Kate makes you feel at home and very relaxed. I feel I have already learnt a lot and enjoy the fact that each meditation is different. I look forward to coming each week and feel I am benefitting from the classes.

I have really enjoyed Kate's mediation classes and have found that they have benefitted me at a time when I really needed to focus on something positive and relaxing, it has helped me be both these things more often as opposed to feeling anxious and stressed
