My first class I ran in 2015 was with Karen, Abby, and Sue. Here are my observations:
Abby - found it very hard to relax, and letting go for her was extremely difficult, but over time she started to get the hang of the meditations and gradually learnt to relax a little more each time.
Karen - has an overactive mind and can allow herself to overthink far too much. The meditations taught her how to focus her mind and on the task that needed to be dealt with.
Sue - already had experience of meditating before she come to me. She understood the benefits of meditation and throughly enjoyed each class because they were informative and different each week.
